Let's get Focused alert *during* a running session

This morning I started a session, in the middle of that session I got a notification stating "Let's get focused!" encouraging me to use the app (that I was already using). Minor inconvenience but also took me out of my focus because I have session notifications set to always be visible during do not disturb.

Fixed. Didn't remember the exact version!

Currently, the reminder is cancelled when:
- you made at least 1 session
- before the reminder is fired.
Maybe I should've cancelled it on any user action on each day instead.

Philip Young it seems to be fixed on Mac OS but iOS still does it (2.11.11 on iOS).

Philip Young ahh that makes sense. I thought I’d heard that live activities were through notifications and not app background. Can I turn this notification off? (Maybe only on my phone but leave it on for my computer
