When concluding a session and it asked was I distracted, neutral or focuses it keeps resenting to netural?

I expect it to stay on the last one I chose which is focussed. Instead it resets to neutral and I have to keep going to the top and pressing the correct emojii every 25/30 minutes.
The tool is awesome, it keeps me focussed, so you know... let me keep it focussed :)
