Not sure if Notion has API, but you can achieve this today with Apple Shortcut!

Philip Young: Thanks Philip, I am dumb for the Shortcuts and don't found Notion within the apps (I'm using a Mac and the app is installed). Do you have a guide on how can I archive this?

Then it's possible! 
On session end, you can add your notes to notion with the API. 
Unfortunately I don't have time to make an example as Im not familiar with Notion. Try to go to discord? Some people have integrated their use case with Notion!
