Hello, I am a very satisfied user of the Session app. It has become a core part of how I manage focus and deep work, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful design behind it. I wanted to share a feature request based on how I currently use Session in practice. At the moment, I use Session together with another timer app called “Time’s Up.” The main reason is that while Session does support a mini timer, it is limited to a bar-style mini view. When I am working in full-screen applications (for example, coding, reading papers, or writing), this bar cannot float above the full-screen window, which makes it hard to keep track of time without switching contexts. What I would love to see added is: - A small, floating mini timer whose size is adjustable - The ability for this mini timer to remain visible even on top of full-screen applications Additionally, on a more personal note, I would strongly prefer a non-numeric visual style for this mini timer. For example, a small analog-style timer where only clock hands or a progressing dial is shown. I find that numeric countdowns tend to draw my attention and subtly break my concentration, whereas a purely visual indicator supports awareness of time without distraction. I believe this kind of floating, minimal, and customizable mini timer would make Session even more powerful for deep-focus workflows, especially for users who rely heavily on full-screen environments. Thank you very much for building such a great tool, and for taking the time to consider this request.
