One of the problems I had with other timers was... forgetting to start the timer! This happened first thing in the morning or after a non-Break interlude. I forget to start Session too. The workaround on Session is to manually enter missed time, but it's a bother. Other timers had solutions. RescueTime, for example, determined what I was working on, based on my assignment of apps to projects, then clocked the time automatically. Daily, a much simpler app, popped open a widget at predefined intervals to ask what I was doing (predefined projects and/or tasks, but lacking detail). Maybe a solution for Session would be a variant on Daily, an optional pop-up prompt when I've been on my computer for a set period (5 minutes?) without starting a session. "Start Session? > Yes > No". A "Yes" response could take me to the Session window. But a simpler prompt wouldn't even do that... it's just a reminder that goes away when I choose Yes or No. This would have the added benefit of bugging me when I'm goofing-off watching YouTube when I should have a Session underway.
